You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/replacement of your item.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy
The return policy is valid only on selected range of Mattresses only. Pillows & other bedding accessories are non-returnable.
1. We offer 30 nights risk free trial from the date of purchase only on the selected range of mattresses (excluding the Baby mattress & travel ease mattress)
2. We will refund the complete amount if the mattress is in same condition as it was purchased.
3. In case of stains on cover or damaged mattress cover, the cover damage cost will be chargeable during the return.
4. The original packing of the mattress should be retained to pack the mattress during returns so that there is no damage to the mattress.
5. We usually process the return request within 7 business days and process the refund within 7 days of receiving the mattress at our manufacturing unit.
6. 30 Night Trial is only valid on products purchased through our website www.nightcaremattress.com
7. 30 Night Trial is not valid on Customized sizes & all kinds of pillows & other bedding accessories.
8. No return will be entertained if a customer is placing the order for the wrong size. Hence always measure the bed size in prior to ensure that the selected size is correct.
